Medical Supplies Delivery for Screening Programs

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic products for the implementation of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Program (2025-2030) and the Cervical Cancer Screening Program (2025-2030) over a period of two years. The delivery includes original brochures, catalogs, and usage instructions. Funding for this procurement is partially secured up to 6,500,000 BGN excluding VAT, with 3,000,000 BGN for Lot 1 and 3,500,000 BGN for Lot 2. The minimum percentage of funded medical device sets for each lot is 31.25% of the total planned. The contract duration is two years, with initial deliveries to be completed within four months of the buyer's request. Subsequent deliveries will be made within two months of the request, based on the buyer's specified quantities. The buyer is not obligated to order the entire estimated quantity but only as needed for the screening programs.
