Construction of Electrical Substation in Środa Wielkopolska

This contract involves the reconstruction and commissioning of a high and medium voltage electrical substation in Środa Wielkopolska. Key tasks include: 1. Modernizing the existing high voltage switchgear and constructing a new medium voltage switchgear. 2. Building a new 15 kV switchgear building with necessary installations. 3. Supplying all required equipment and materials for the project, excluding certain transformers and measuring devices. 4. Dismantling the old medium voltage switchgear building and associated equipment, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. 5. Constructing a new transformer station compatible with a 40 MVA transformer, including a fully equipped transformer field. 6. Dismantling the existing transformer station in the same section where the new transformer field will be added. 7. Renovating the transformer station in the opposite section. 8. Adapting high voltage busbars for the new transformer field connection. 9. Connecting the new transformer station to the existing oil separation system. 10. Dismantling and disposing of removed equipment, with materials from dismantling to be reused as directed by the buyer. 11. Developing project documentation as specified. 12. Replacing terminal poles of overhead medium voltage lines on the station premises with new ones that include disconnectors and cable heads, in accordance with ENEA Operator standards. 13. Addressing any conflicts with existing infrastructure during construction, including the removal of containers and telecommunications towers if necessary. 14. Calculating and agreeing on protection settings for all devices in the new station, excluding the 110 kV line. 15. Supplying all necessary equipment and materials for the project. 16. Renovating internal roads, external lighting, and parking at the station. 17. Obtaining a usage permit for the completed project. 18. Conducting noise and electromagnetic radiation measurements, with results to be submitted electronically within 30 days. 19. Reporting the new infrastructure as an electromagnetic field-generating facility to the relevant environmental authority. 20. Training ENEA Operator staff on the operation and maintenance of the new substation.
