Training Services for Digital Skills for Seniors and Disadvantaged Individuals

This contract involves providing training services for individuals aged 65 and older and/or disadvantaged individuals (of any age) to enhance their digital skills. The training will be conducted in-person, either at the successful bidder's facilities or at locations arranged by the successful bidder, following the guidelines set by the contracting authority. Additionally, the successful bidder will distribute selected technical devices to graduates of the training, as per the contracting authority's instructions. Detailed specifications, including the exact scope of the contract and additional information, will be provided in the call for proposals for this specific contract. The goal of establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is to create a platform for awarding contracts in the public procurement sector, allowing for flexible procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act based on actual needs, i.e., at times and in volumes that are known to the authority.
