Procurement of Internal Use Forms Printing Services

The contracting authority is initiating a public procurement procedure for the "Procurement of Internal Use Forms" (EKR001485682024) under a dynamic purchasing system, in accordance with Section 107 (7) of the Public Procurement Act. The total net amount for the delivery of internal use forms is 39,289,480 HUF, with an additional net amount of 11,747,555 HUF that is not subject to a call obligation, resulting in a total net framework amount of 51,037,035 HUF. Based on previous experience, the estimated quantity is approximately 307,341 various units across 154 different products, detailed in the procurement documents, including technical specifications. These estimated quantities are provided to assist bidders in pricing and to ensure the comparability of submitted offers. The contracting authority will only commit to the base amount.
