Concrete Repair Services for Underground Garage

This contract opportunity involves architectural and engineering services for the planning and execution of concrete repair and fire safety improvements in a two-story underground garage with a total area of approximately 4,350 square meters. The selected supplier will provide basic services as outlined in § 33 ff HOAI during performance phases 3 and 5, with the intention to further commission phases 6 to 9 through a staged call-off process. Special services required during construction include setting up a special facility, conducting potential field measurements, collecting borehole samples for chloride analysis, and preparing an investigation report. The estimated duration for the repair work is about 30 weeks, divided into two sections: Section 1 (2nd basement level) is expected to take 13 weeks, and Section 2 (1st basement level) is expected to take 17 weeks. During the construction period, partial use of the underground garage should be maintained whenever possible and economically feasible, with the aim of minimizing the total closure period. The eligible costs for cost groups 300 and 400 are estimated at €3,000,000.00 gross.
