    This contract involves the supply of equipment for the renovated pharmacy rooms at the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Center of Pulmonology in Bydgoszcz, divided into 17 packages. The scope includes the delivery and installation of sanitary equipment, technological devices, medical equipment, and non-medical devices. The packages include: 1. Refrigerators 2. Substrate refrigerator 3. Laminar flow cabinets 4. Scales 5. Prescription mixer 6. Electric stove 7. Unguator 8. Feedthrough 9. Ultrasonic cleaner 10. Glass washer 11. Water treatment station 12. Distiller 13. Medical furniture 14. Office furniture 15. Computer equipment 16. Sanitary equipment 17. Household appliances. The contractor is required to protect fixed devices and building elements (doors, windows, etc.) in the equipped rooms and floors (with plates or technical carpet) along the transport routes of the equipment delivery team, and to repair any damage to the building elements and existing installations during the installation process or cover the repair costs. The order will be executed based on the medical technology execution project, the contract between the contractor and the buyer, and the guidelines in the description of the order. The buyer recommends that the contractor conduct a site visit to the future delivery and installation location, and the contractor will prepare the offer at their own risk and responsibility. Other requirements include the contractor coordinating with the user (KPCP in Bydgoszcz) the delivery routes for materials and equipment, and ensuring the transport route to the equipped rooms is adequately secured to prevent any damage.
