France – Repair and Maintenance of Equipment – Ongoing Maintenance Work for the Heritage of Deux Fleuves Rhone Habitat

This contract involves routine maintenance and major repairs that are not specifically identified, carried out in the common and private areas of the entire rental property portfolio (housing, shops, premises, specialized residences) or administrative buildings (agencies, contact points, headquarters) of DFRH. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum per lot. The contract is multi-award; the number of holders will be 3 per lot and 5 for lots 14, 15, 16, and 21, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. The contract is subject to environmental commitments and a company intervention charter. SS4 certification is required for all lots and AIPR for lots 6 and 20.
