Germany – Repair and Maintenance Services – Maintenance Contract for Regular Inspection of Intermediate Equipment according to BVOS § 13 Abs. 2

According to the Mining Regulation for Shaft and Inclined Conveying Systems (BVOS) § 13 Abs. 2, intermediate equipment (Table 1 Subpoint 1.7.4 of the Annex to the BVOS) and under-rope suspensions (Table 1 Subpoint 1.7.6 of the Annex to the BVOS) must be inspected at regular intervals in a disassembled state by a recognized expert from the competent mining authority (LBEG Niedersachsen or LAGB Sachsen-Anhalt) for safe operation. The regular inspection intervals for intermediate equipment and under-rope suspensions are 24 months. Depending on the age, load, and type of systems, the inspection intervals may vary. The subject of the tender is the transport, refurbishment, and inspection of the intermediate equipment and under-rope suspensions of the shaft facilities Konrad, Morsleben, and Gorleben.
