Gas Pipeline Construction Project in Romania

This contract involves the connection of the ELCEN heating plants to the Transgaz natural gas transport network at the CET Vest facility. The contractor, EPCC, is responsible for several key tasks: designing the project (including obtaining necessary permits, agreements, and authorizations), preparing technical documentation, identifying landowners for construction work, sending notifications, and assisting in obtaining agreements for servitude and use. The contractor will also execute construction work, deliver and install equipment, machinery, and materials, connect to existing installations, conduct operational and performance tests, manage the overall project and construction activities, train operational and maintenance staff, and provide assistance during the execution and warranty period. Suppliers have until 15 days before the bid submission deadline to request clarifications. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all inquiries from interested economic operators by the 11th day before the bid submission deadline.
