Road Construction Project in Poland

This contract involves the expansion of Provincial Road No. 544 over a section from km 138+200 to km 140+700, specifically between Bagienice Szlacheckie and Amelin. The contractor must calculate the value of the work based on the provided project documentation, cost estimate, technical specifications, and general conditions of the construction contract. The contractor is responsible for ensuring safe traffic conditions in the work area at their own expense, based on a traffic organization project prepared by them. The contract does not allow for partial bids, and the total value of the contract is estimated at 16,119,041.99 PLN net. The work includes preparatory work, demolition, earthworks, ground reinforcement, drainage, substructures, surfacing, finishing work, traffic safety devices, street elements, telecommunications work, electrical work, stormwater drainage, green space management, and traffic organization. The contractor must have liability insurance for damages caused during the contract period, with a minimum coverage of 16,000,000 PLN. The contract duration is 18 months from the signing date, with specific milestones for completion. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if public funds are not allocated for the project.
