Procurement of Non-Medical Journals and Magazines

The contracting authority plans to procure non-medical journals published outside Hungary through a framework agreement for a duration of one year. Under this framework agreement, the contracting authority may acquire 127 types (131 titles) of journals/journal packages for a net total of €60,815. The contracting authority specifies that it will commit to a call-off obligation of up to 70% of the specified framework amounts during the contract period. The successful bidder must inform the contracting authority by continuously filling out an online document shared by the contracting authority regarding the dates of orders placed with publishers for the subscribed journals, any potential cancellations of journals, their periodicity, and the actual subscription periods of each journal, regardless of format. The contracting authority's staff will also use the same document to indicate the receipt of printed journals, the access to online journals, and to raise complaints in case of any delays.
