    Brief

The Emergency Hospital "Dr. Constantin Opriș" in Baia Mare is seeking funding for the project "Equipping the Emergency Hospital with equipment for treating critically ill patients with acute cerebrovascular pathology." This project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under Component C 15: Education, Priority 3: Increasing the effectiveness and resilience of the healthcare system in critical areas of strategic importance with a cross-cutting impact on medical services and health status. The specific objective is to ensure equal access to medical assistance and enhance the resilience of health systems, including primary healthcare, while promoting the transition from institutional care to family or community care. The main goal of the project is to increase equitable access for patients to timely and effective diagnosis and treatment. The aim is to reduce waiting times so that over 75% of patients can start treatment with rt-PA within 60 minutes of arriving at the hospital. The project also focuses on improving the performance, quality, and efficiency of hospital care, as well as developing early and personalized neurorehabilitation services through innovative technologies and data analysis. These measures will help ensure continuity of care, rapid management of complications, and ultimately increase survival rates among critically ill patients. Additionally, the project aims to reduce morbidity and avoidable mortality while enhancing the skills of medical staff through access to professional training and advanced equipment.
