Brief
This contract involves the supply and implementation of smart tools for monitoring and managing energy infrastructure at energy intake points (PPE) within the water and sewage system of Wodociągi Słupsk, located in Słupsk, Redzikowo, and Kobylnica. Key components of the contract include: 1) Development of electrical project documentation, which must include: a) A description of the proposed solutions tailored to the installation sites, b) Technical installation drawings for electrical installations and AKPiA, c) Documentation must meet the requirements of the Execution Project and comply with legal regulations, detailing the installation work and associated installations, d) The execution project must be agreed upon and approved by the contracting authority before starting the order, e) Completion documentation. 2) Supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of devices, along with construction and installation work, including the provision of necessary equipment that meets minimum requirements, specifically: a) Replacement of control cabinets for pumping stations equipped with S7-200 controllers and non-compliant controllers – 22 sets, b) Modernization of pumping stations equipped with S7-1200 controllers – 4 sets, c) Replacement of control cabinets for Local Wastewater Treatment Plants (LOS) equipped with S7-200 controllers – 1 set, d) Modernization of Local Wastewater Treatment Plants equipped with S7-1200 controllers – 8 sets, e) Modernization of water supply stations – 2 sets, f) Ensuring the unification of hardware and software solutions, g) Modifications to SCADA environments, h) Expansion of the IT node with the supply and commissioning of a server with appropriate database equipment. The locations of the facilities are specified in attachments 1 to 4. 3) Technological commissioning. 4) Training for the contracting authority's personnel on operation. 5) Technical and operational documentation for the installed devices, including user manuals, electrical diagrams, technical data, and maintenance information. 6) Provision of a warranty for the contract subject: - Minimum 36 months for supplied elements and completed work. - Minimum 5 years warranty for the IT server and matrix. The order must be executed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Description of the subject of the order, Part III of the SWZ, and the contract template in Part II of the SWZ.
