Repair and Maintenance Services for Office Equipment

The contract involves the provision of repair, maintenance, and related services for personal computers, office equipment, telecommunications equipment, and audiovisual equipment. This is a single-award framework agreement with no minimum annual amount but a maximum annual limit. The contract duration is four years, with the possibility of two automatic renewals of two years each. Execution of the contract requires investments that will be amortized over a period longer than four years. Maintenance will last for eight years, divided into three periods: an initial four-year period, followed by two additional periods of two years each, starting from the installation date of each piece of equipment. Maintenance services are applicable only to the equipment acquired through this consultation. The work will take place within the territory of the Grand Nancy Metropolis.
