Data Warehouse Implementation and Support

This public procurement contract involves two main components: A) the delivery and implementation of a data warehouse focused on economic data, and B) the provision of technical support for the operation of the data warehouse for a minimum of 5 years after its handover. The delivery will include report administration and user training. The data warehouse will be accessible to an unlimited number of users. The project can be realized either by expanding or integrating with the existing GINIS information system using the supplier's open integration platform web services. Information about the GINIS open integration platform is available at https://robot.gordic.cz/XRG. The contracting authority will ensure cooperation with the current GINIS supplier. The data warehouse will include the following data: - Bank accounts - Accounting documents - General ledger - Balance sheet - Profit and loss statement - Contracts. This data pertains to the status and turnover of budget revenues and expenditures, including the approved budget, budget adjustments, reservations (invoicing), and budget utilization. The data source will be the GINIS information system database (see attachment no. x - Data Sources.xlsx). The database contains all economic data of the authority, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
