Engineering Services for Road and Utility Renovation in Kilchberg, Bad, and Talstrasse

The contract involves engineering services for phases 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, and 53 according to SIA 103. The City of Adliswil plans to adapt the bus stops "Badstrasse" on Kilchbergstrasse to meet the required legal standards under the Federal Disability Equality Act (BehiG) and to renovate the road and utility lines within the extended project perimeter (up to the intersection of Kilchberg-/Tiefackerstrasse). Additionally, the Talstrasse, which provides access to the municipal indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and the adjacent Birkenstrasse, both show structural damage due to their age and require renovation. The existing parking spaces do not meet the new standards for parking facilities. Therefore, the City of Adliswil intends to redesign and renovate the road sections and possibly the utility lines. Geoinfra Ingenieure AG, based in Richterswil, has completed a preliminary project, and the results are included in the tender documents.
