Water Treatment Plant Construction in Ilfov County

This contract involves the design and construction of water treatment plants and storage reservoirs for water supply systems in Ilfov County, Romania. The project includes the rehabilitation and expansion of existing water facilities in various localities such as 1 Decembrie, Darasti, Berceni, Copaceni, Voluntari, Stefanesti, and Dascalu. Key activities include: - Designing the technical execution project, including all necessary documentation for obtaining permits and approvals. - Construction and demolition work as needed. - Supply and installation of technological equipment. - Testing and commissioning of the facilities. - Monitoring and providing assistance to the responsible personnel during the defect notification period, if necessary. - Addressing any defects that arise during the 36-month defect notification period. - Training the beneficiary's and/or operator's personnel. The goal is to ensure the supply of drinking water in compliance with EU Directive 98/83/EC and to improve the operation of water facilities and automate processes. The contract duration is 1,715 days, starting from the commencement date, which includes a maximum of 180 days for design work, 440 days for construction and commissioning, and a 1,095-day warranty period. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting entity will respond to all requests by the 11th day before the submission deadline.
