Construction Supervision Services for Cultural and Arts Building in Goritsa

This contract involves selecting a contractor to perform compliance assessment of the investment project and provide construction supervision during the engineering phase, which includes design, author supervision, and execution of construction activities and energy efficiency measures for a cultural and arts building (Community Center) in Goritsa, Pomorie municipality. The scope of work includes: 1. Conducting a compliance assessment of the investment projects with the essential requirements for construction, including: A) Compliance assessment according to Article 142, paragraph 6, item 2 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT), adhering to the requirements of Article 142, paragraph 5 of ZUT; B) Compliance assessment of the structural part of the investment projects as per Article 142, paragraph 10 of ZUT (when applicable). 2. Providing construction supervision during the construction phase in accordance with Article 166 of the ZUT. The scope of construction supervision activities is defined by Article 168 of ZUT, including coordination of the construction process until the facility is put into operation. Preparation of a technical passport according to Article 176a of ZUT and Regulation No. 5/28.12.2006, and preparation of a final report as per Article 168, paragraph 6 of ZUT.
