Vehicle Leasing for Goods Transport

This contract involves leasing used equipment for goods transport. Part 1 focuses on the leasing of a used articulated dumper with a purchase option. The equipment must not be a prototype, should come from serial production, and must comply with current Polish standards and legal regulations. It must be free from design, material, manufacturing, and legal defects. Part 2 involves leasing a used wheeled loader with a purchase option, also adhering to the same requirements. Detailed specifications can be found in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
