Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant and Sanitary Sewage System in Ujazd

The project involves the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Ujazd and the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the Ujazd municipality. This includes two main tasks: 1. Expanding the wastewater treatment plant in Ujazd. 2. Building a gravity and pressure sanitary sewage network, installing aeration equipment for pressure pipelines, and setting up an industrial wastewater analyzer. Detailed specifications for these tasks are outlined in the Functional and Utility Programs attached to the procurement documents. Each task consists of two phases: Phase I (Design Phase) involves preparing documentation, obtaining construction permits, and securing necessary approvals. Phase II (Execution Phase) includes carrying out construction work based on the documentation from Phase I, providing author supervision during the project, obtaining all necessary permits for commissioning, and conducting the commissioning process. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable laws and the current water permit issued on May 7, 2024. The contractor acknowledges that construction will take place at an active facility managed by the Municipal and Housing Economy Office in Ujazd.
