Integrated and Sustainable Development of Cultural Heritage and Tourism in Carei – Károlyi Castle Complex and Dendrological Park – Phase II

The contracting authority will conclude a works contract following the procedure, under which the works will be executed quantitatively and qualitatively, in accordance with the technical project, execution details, and quantity lists, within a maximum of 24 months from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, according to the execution schedule estimated by the designer. During this period, all necessary works will be carried out regarding the selected objectives for funding through the North-West regional program 2021-2027, Policy Objective “A Europe closer to citizens, by promoting sustainable and integrated development of all types of territories and local initiatives” Priority 7: An attractive region Specific Objective 5.1: Promoting integrated and inclusive development in the social, economic, and environmental fields, as well as in culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism, and security in urban areas. Rehabilitation and consolidation of the annex building of Károlyi Castle - Block L2 Obj. 4. Rehabilitation and consolidation of the 19th-century water tower and annex building. Additionally, works included in item 11, treated as a related item in the proposed project (external arrangements and networks/installations, etc.) adjacent to the items included within the intervention limits presented in the drawn plans. The warranty period granted for the works is 5 years (defect notification) from the date of acceptance upon completion of the works.
