Maintenance and Repair Services for Monitoring Stations

This contract involves a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair services of monitoring stations (STM, STMG, SMG) and their associated regional control centers. Suppliers will be required to provide these services in accordance with the minimum mandatory requirements outlined in Section 2: Specifications. Subsequent contracts will not exceed a duration of 24 months, and price adjustment provisions under Article 222 index 2 of Law no. 98/2016 will not apply. Contracts will be awarded based on available public funds, ensuring that maintenance and repair services can be provided upon request from the authority throughout the duration of the framework agreement. Approximately 8-12 contracts per year are expected, including potential repair contracts. A fixed amount of 359,420.00 Lei (excluding VAT) is allocated for repair services, which will be used to differentiate offers. This fixed amount will cover costs approved by the buyer for necessary spare parts not listed in the specifications or for larger quantities of common spare parts than those specified. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
