Romania – Supply of Various Medicines

The upcoming framework agreements involve the supply of medicines, divided into 541 lots, according to the specifications outlined in the terms of reference. The technical specifications for the products involved in this procedure can be found in Annex 1 of the terms of reference. The estimated maximum total value of the framework agreements is 232,016,318.43 lei (excluding VAT). The maximum and minimum values of the framework agreements and subsequent contracts for each lot are detailed in the data sheet (section II.2.4 for each lot) and in the terms of reference (chapter 3.4.1). In accordance with Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with Article 103 paragraph (2) of HG 395/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines for clarification requests: a) the deadline for receiving clarification requests is the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers; b) the deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests is the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
