Supply of Computer Equipment for Educational Support in Pila County

This contract involves the supply of computer equipment as part of the project "Support for Public Schools and Educational Institutions in Pila County for Effective Inclusive Education." The contract is divided into four parts, and suppliers can submit offers for one or more parts. 1. The first part includes the delivery of an interactive monitor to the School Complex in Łobżenica. The delivery must be made to the address: ul. Złotowska 15, 89-310 Łobżenica, at the supplier's expense, including transportation, unloading, and insurance until acceptance. 2. The second part involves the delivery of an interactive monitor and a mobile stand for the Gastronomic School Complex in Piła, located at ul. Sikorskiego 73, 64-920 Piła, also at the supplier's expense. 3. The third part includes the delivery of a 3D printer to the Gastronomic School Complex in Piła, at the same address, with the same cost responsibilities for the supplier. 4. The fourth part requires the delivery of two interactive monitors and mobile stands to the Construction School Complex in Piła, located at ul. Kilińskiego 16, 64-920 Piła, again at the supplier's expense. All delivered equipment must be brand new, unused, and compliant with the specifications outlined in the attached documents. Suppliers must provide necessary documentation and certificates confirming compliance with relevant standards and guidelines, as well as warranty cards and user manuals in Polish, if available. The contracting authority allows for equivalent standards and technical specifications. The supplier is fully responsible for any legal violations and damages that may occur during the execution of the contract.
