Postal Transport Services in Poland - Service A - Line Course Management - RL South (Divided into 5 Parts)

This contract involves providing Service A, which consists of transporting postal shipments for the contracting authority. The contractor is required to accept postal shipments for transport at specified locations and times outlined in the Service A Implementation Schedule, which is Annex 1 of the contract draft, and to deliver them at the locations and times specified in this annex. The contractor must also transport goods, which may include SENT shipments or hazardous materials as defined in Article 2, point 4 of the Act of August 19, 2011, on the transport of hazardous materials, permitted for transport under the conditions specified in the service regulations. The contractor is obligated to accept goods for transport at the locations and times specified in the Service A Implementation Schedule and to deliver them at the locations and times specified in this annex. If the loading location is not an organizational unit of the contracting authority, the contractor must load/unload the goods and verify that the number of loaded items matches the waybill or other transfer document.
