Construction Project for Strengthening Research and Service Potential at the Medical Center of Silesian University of Medicine

This contract involves the design and execution of construction work for the project titled "Strengthening the Research and Service Potential of the Experimental Medicine Center at the Silesian University of Medicine in Katowice." The scope of work includes: 1) Developing comprehensive multi-discipline project documentation and obtaining a valid building permit based on: a) Functional-Utility Program (PFU) for the Experimental Medicine Center with necessary infrastructure; b) Specifications for specialized equipment purchased separately by the contracting authority. The documentation must meet the specifications of the equipment or consider the requirements of specific device models. 2) Carrying out construction work along with necessary accompanying infrastructure based on the developed documentation and ensuring author supervision over the documentation. 3) Collaborating with suppliers of specialized equipment for installation and commissioning during both the documentation development and construction phases. Detailed descriptions of the contract include: 1) PFU with attachments (Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ), 2) Draft contract provisions (Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ).
