Urban Forest Project in Oradea

The city of Oradea is seeking suppliers for the procurement of 270 planters with dendro-floricultural material and 50 interconnected benches to create a mobile urban forest. This project includes additional services such as transportation, handling, installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and preventive upkeep of the products throughout the project's implementation. Suppliers must adhere to the 'Do No Significant Harm' (DNSH) principle during the supply and installation of products, as outlined in the specifications. Any requests for clarifications must be submitted through the SICAP platform (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers, which is set for July 23, 2025. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely on the 10th day before the offer submission deadline.
