Property Valuation Services Contract

This procurement is for a framework agreement for property valuation services. The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet the buyer's need for property valuations. The main types of properties to be valued include: leases, rentals, buildings on land, small houses, agricultural and forestry properties, raw land, industrial properties, residential rental buildings, retail, hotels, offices, schools, elderly care facilities, group homes, special properties (e.g., quarries, underground facilities, parking facilities, etc.), development properties (i.e., properties with expected value), encroachments, building rights, and freehold/leasehold regulation of land rights. The valuations will serve as a basis for various purposes, including property transactions (buying/selling), leasehold regulation, rent setting, court proceedings, financing, and accounting.
