Procurement of HVAC Supplies for Hospitals

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is seeking suppliers for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) supplies for hospitals and other facilities located primarily in the areas of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori. There may also be smaller-scale operations in other locations. The HVAC supplies are categorized into the following product groups: 1. Pipes 2. Pipe fittings and connectors 3. Insulation 4. Drainage 5. Hot and cold water systems 6. Valves 7. Heating systems 8. Meters and control devices 9. Faucets and showers 10. Sanitary ware and bathroom fixtures 11. Kitchen sinks and furniture 12. Ventilation ducts and parts 13. Fire, control, and shut-off dampers 14. Terminal devices and valves 15. Exhaust fans and blowers 16. Small supplies and tools. The goal of this procurement is to select three (3) suppliers. The contract duration is two (2) years, with an option for one (1) additional two (2) year extension. The buyer does not commit to specific order quantities during the contract period.
