Medical Oxygen Supply Contract

This procurement procedure aims to acquire liquefied medical oxygen and oxygen cylinders, establishing a framework agreement lasting 36 months to ensure the provision of medical services (medications) for the effective treatment of patients. The Municipal Hospital of Odorheiu Secuiesc cannot risk the health and lives of patients due to the lack of medical oxygen. Therefore, to ensure a continuous supply of liquefied and bottled oxygen, the contracting authority has organized this procurement procedure. Economic operators can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information within one day, specifically on the 11th day before the submission deadline, allowing economic operators to benefit from the 10 days stipulated by Law no. 98/2016.
