IoT Environmental Sensors for Damp and Mould Monitoring

Freebridge Community Housing seeks an Internet of Things (IoT) environmental sensor solution to proactively monitor and manage damp, mould, and condensation risks across their housing portfolio. This is a phased procurement opportunity starting with a pilot program covering 100-300 properties, followed by Phase 1 expansion to 300-700 properties, and Phase 2 scalable expansion to 1,000-3,000 properties (subject to funding and performance evaluation). The solution will enable early identification of environmental risks, improve property maintenance decision-making, and help protect housing stock condition and resident wellbeing. Suppliers should demonstrate sensor accuracy, data analytics capabilities, integration flexibility, and scalability. Phased implementation allows Freebridge to evaluate effectiveness, usability, and return on investment before wider deployment.
