Adults and Health Policy and Procedures Management Platform

This is a call-off contract from the G-Cloud 14 Framework (RM1557.14) to procure a single, externally maintained platform that provides up-to-date statutory guidance, policies, and practice procedures for adults and health services. The platform must be kept current in line with changes to legislation, case law, and best practice standards. The solution will reduce reliance on locally held documents, improve consistency across teams, and increase staff confidence and assurance in practice. The initial contract term is 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Suppliers should provide a centralized, cloud-based solution that is regularly updated and accessible to authorized users across the organization.
