Insurance Services Provider for Beacon Cymru Group Limited and Pennant Housing Association Limited

Beacon Cymru Group Limited seeks to appoint one or more insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services covering property damage, liability, and other general (non-life) insurable risks. Required coverage types may include property damage and business interruption, employers and public liability, products and property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money and all risks coverage, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability. The scope of coverage will be determined at the sole discretion of Beacon Cymru Group Limited. Successful suppliers must demonstrate strong financial capability with insurers rated 'A-' or higher from Standard & Poor's, AM Best, or equivalent rating from an independent credit rating agency approved by the bidder's market security committee. Evaluation will focus on: the ability to provide multiple suitable insurer options and cover choices; a skilled and competent team including client relationship managers, claims managers, brokers, underwriters, and risk managers; and delivery of quality service to the contracting authority and end clients, including services provided by any third-party contractors or proposed insurers.
