The agency will provide expert media buying solutions across multiple channels including TV, social media, out-of-home, radio, digital programmatic, print, cinema, and audio streaming. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver cost-effective, innovative media buying strategies reaching target audiences across NWG's operating regions - Support campaign delivery for diverse initiatives including Bin the Wipe, Water's Worth Saving, smart meter adoption, lead pipe replacement, and affordability support - Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendations - Ensure all activity is booked and delivered as briefed with complete proof of display - Provide comprehensive weekly updates and full reports within ten working days of campaign completion Essential Requirements: - Dedicated account team led by a senior team member with at least two additional support staff - Demonstrated expertise in creating impactful multi-channel campaigns - Proven reputation for ethical practice, financial transparency, and brand safety - Proactive campaign monitoring with documented evidence of all placements - Response times: acknowledgment within two hours for urgent matters, resolution within 24 hours for critical issues - Audited invoicing with transparent commission rates and documented value against standard rate cards - Availability for emergency media support including weekends and bank holidays - Reinvestment of a percentage of advertising commission as added value - Site visits and quarterly media owner insight days to be accommodated Desired Channels: Linear and on-demand TV, social media, out-of-home, digital out-of-home, radio, digital radio, audio streaming, YouTube, digital programmatic, print, and cinema.
