Audit and Accounting Information Online Subscription Service

The National Audit Office (NAO) is seeking to procure an online subscription service to provide audit, accounting, and financial reporting information for approximately 600 users in the Financial Audit Service Line. The service must include comprehensive access to UK GAAP, IFRS, international auditing standards, corporate reporting and sustainability reporting standards, with prompt updates reflecting regulatory changes. Key requirements include effective online research functionality (search, filtering, linking), organisation-wide licensing without access barriers, secure SaaS delivery compatible with NAO's technology environment, implementation support and training, and transparency regarding AI-enabled features, controls, limitations and data use. This is a competitive procurement opportunity with an anticipated three-year initial term plus two optional one-year extensions. The estimated maximum contract value is £600,000 including VAT over the full five-year potential term.
