Supply of Offline Information Systems for Communication and Transcription

Unite Procurement UK Limited, representing the Ministry of Defence, is looking for suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform. The goal is to provide passive, deployable, offline information systems that can receive non-internet communication feeds such as FM, TV, and GSM. These systems will offer automated transcription, translation, and summarisation, enabling Information Operations personnel to quickly understand emerging operational narratives. The Unite Procurement Platform is a compliant route for UK Public Sector bodies to procure low value, high volume goods and services. We are seeking suppliers who can provide: • Two passive, deployable, offline information systems that meet the specified capabilities • Comprehensive technical support, deployment assistance, and operator training • Personnel with the necessary UK Government security clearances, including SC, DV, or EDV as required Key Requirements: • Supply of new passive deployable information systems that can ingest FM, TV, and GSM communications without needing internet access • Automated transcription, translation, and summarisation capabilities • Full support and training from staff with the required UK Government security clearances • Delivery and setup at various UK locations as needed • Compliance with all relevant UK and EU safety, data handling, and environmental regulations • Willingness to transact through the Unite Procurement Platform How to Apply: Suppliers should express their interest to Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details about system capabilities, support and training offerings, and evidence of staff security clearances. Suppliers are encouraged to respond before the closing date for early consideration; however, applications may still be accepted after the initial deadline.
