Request for Proposal: Employment Support Services in Buckinghamshire

Fedcap Employment Limited is seeking partners to help deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) services as part of the 'Connect to Work' initiative. This program aims to tackle 'Hidden Unemployment' by fostering local collaboration to enhance community potential and contribute to economic growth. Quality employment is essential for improving physical and mental health, providing income, social interaction, and a sense of purpose. We are looking for organizations with: 1. Experience in supported employment models, particularly IPS and/or SEQF. 2. Strong local knowledge and connections, demonstrated through partnerships with health services, social care, and community or faith-based organizations. Interested organizations should complete the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) to explore collaboration opportunities. We anticipate partnering with various organizations across Buckinghamshire to meet the diverse needs of local residents.
