Grass Cutting Tender for Haxby Town Council

Haxby Town Council is seeking tenders for grass cutting services in Haxby for a period of three years, starting from April 1, 2026. Interested suppliers should submit their tenders to the specified address, clearly marking the envelope with 'Grass Cutting'. Suppliers must provide pricing (excluding VAT) for each area as detailed in the schedule. Grass cutting will occur every two weeks during the growing season, with additional cuts for football pitches as needed. The final cut will take place at the end of October or early November, depending on weather conditions. Haxby Town Council may adjust the schedule for special circumstances. All grass clippings should remain on the ground. Occasionally, additional areas may be added for a one-time cut or as an extension of the existing schedule.
