Urban Realm Phase 2 Design Work

Wolverhampton City Council is looking for a qualified organization to carry out additional design work for the Urban Realm Phase 2 project. This work is essential for the successful and timely completion of the detailed design process, which is necessary before construction begins. The additional tasks include pavement testing, changes to the Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) scope, and further design for drainage and landscaping. This project is part of the City Centre Public Realm Improvement Programme, which was established under the Connected Places Strategy approved in 2018. The design and construction of Phase 2 will be executed in two parts to meet external funding deadlines. Part 2 specifically involves areas such as upper Darlington Street, Queen Square, Lichfield Street, and Princes Square. The project will utilize the ESPO 664_21 Lot 5 Framework.
