Consultant Services for Derryclure Landfill Leachate Management Assessment

Offaly County Council is seeking specialist consultancy services for Stage (i) of a project to develop a sustainable long-term leachate management solution for Derryclure Landfill in Killeigh, Co. Offaly. The consultant will assess current and future leachate generation, evaluate the performance of existing treatment infrastructure, and identify feasible long-term management options. The work will be evidence-based and result in a Stage Gate Report that will determine whether the project advances to statutory approval processes and detailed design phases. Stages (ii) through (v) of this project will be procured separately. This is an opportunity for consultants with expertise in landfill operations, leachate treatment technologies, environmental assessment, and project management.
