Cleaning Services Contractor for Three Essex Primary Schools

Attain Academy Partnership, comprising seven primary schools across Essex, is seeking a qualified and experienced cleaning contractor for three of its primary schools: Cressing Primary School, Newlands Spring Primary & Nursery School, and Rayne Primary & Nursery School. The contract covers all routine and periodic cleaning services across all designated school buildings to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation supporting a safe learning environment. The initial contract period is three years (1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029) with an option to extend for up to two additional years at the Trust's discretion. The estimated annual contract value is approximately £162,473 (inclusive of VAT), based on existing expenditure, though this figure may vary based on local circumstances and service requirements. The successful contractor must provide consistent staffing levels, monthly invoicing, effective absence cover arrangements, and demonstrate proactive contract management with regular performance monitoring.
