Otter Platform Infrastructure Management and Support Services

This contract maintains the technical infrastructure required for the Otter Platform, which supports the Cardiff University Otter Project (CUOP) in monitoring chemical exposure levels in otter populations. The successful contractor will ensure ongoing access to otter sample data, support long-term data preservation and analysis capabilities, and manage the systems that make research findings publicly accessible to the scientific community. The initial contract period is nine months, with potential extensions of up to two additional years subject to funding availability and operational requirements. This work is critical for sustaining long-term environmental monitoring and contributing to wildlife conservation efforts.
