Park Court Retrofit and Decarbonisation Project - Stratford-upon-Avon

Orbit Group is seeking a single contractor to deliver a comprehensive building decarbonisation project for Park Court in Stratford-upon-Avon. The successful contractor will be responsible for multiple roles including: Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Designer, Principal Designer (CDM and Building Regulations compliance), and Principal Contractor. The project will involve completing detailed designs and executing retrofit works in full compliance with PAS 2035 standards. Key works include external wall insulation, replacement doors and windows, loft insulation, roof replacement, ventilation system upgrades, and associated repair works. This is a full-service retrofit opportunity suitable for contractors with expertise in residential decarbonisation, energy efficiency improvements, and compliance with building standards.
