Roof Replacement and Building Extensions for Mountshannon Community Hall

This project involves comprehensive renovation and expansion of Mountshannon Community Hall. The scope includes: roof replacement on the existing hall; demolition of the 1990s kitchen extension (east elevation) and two 1960s extensions (west elevation); construction of a new stage extension on the north elevation with stage area, dressing rooms, shower and toilet facilities; construction of a new block on the east elevation containing toilets, changing rooms and storage areas; and construction of a new foyer entrance on the west elevation. Key milestones: roof replacement must be completed by 15 March 2027, with overall project completion by 31 October 2027.
