Occupational Health and Employee Wellbeing Services Framework (8 Regions)

YPO, in partnership with the London Borough of Islington, is procuring a national framework for Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), and Associated Health and Wellbeing Services across 8 regions. This is the third iteration of the framework, expanded to serve the entire UK public sector. The framework offers a comprehensive end-to-end wellbeing solution including: Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes, Health and Wellbeing Training Courses, Flu Vaccination Programmes, Modern EAP Services, and Student Assistance Programmes for Higher Education (ages 16+). The procurement uses the Open Procedure with opportunities to join in Year 2 and Year 5 re-opening periods. Suppliers can access contracts through either Competitive Selection Process or Award Without Competition routes. Estimated total contract value is £264,000,000 (including VAT) over the maximum 8-year period. This is a significant opportunity for providers offering integrated occupational health and employee wellbeing services to the public sector.
