Eligible buyers include government departments, NHS bodies, local authorities, emergency services, educational institutions, and charities throughout the UK. The framework supports organizations seeking specialized skills, additional capacity, sector-specific knowledge, and independent expertise that may not be available internally. Services can be procured through call-off contracts as needed.
