Denosumab Therapy Outpatient Services and Shared Care Documentation - Basildon and Brentwood

NHS Essex Integrated Care Board seeks a qualified provider to deliver Denosumab therapy to outpatients and prepare shared care documentation for primary care in Basildon and Brentwood. This short-term contract (15 April 2026 to 30 June 2026) addresses an urgent gap in service delivery. The provider must: (1) administer Denosumab injections to approximately 100-150 current patients over 6 weeks to ensure continuity of care, and (2) complete and supply shared care documentation for approximately 700 patients in chronological order to facilitate handover to primary care. The contract value is £20,000, comprising approximately £7,950 for therapy administration (£53 per patient) and £12,000 for documentation preparation (£20 per record). This urgent award was made under Regulation 14 due to delays in primary care capacity to assume this responsibility within the originally planned timescale.
