Roofing and Insulation Works for Oberkirch Municipal Building

The contract involves the following key tasks: constructing a new bituminous flat roof with PUR sloped insulation and gravel covering on the main roof, as well as installing a flat roof waterproofing system with a plastic membrane on the entrance roof. Additionally, the installation of flat roof skylights, some of which will serve as smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (RWA), and aluminum sheet parapet coverings is required. Key quantities include: - Approximately 520 m2 of new bituminous flat roof with thermal insulation - Approximately 115 m2 of new flat roof waterproofing with a plastic membrane - 2 flat roof skylights measuring 1.20 x 1.20 m - 3 flat roof skylights measuring 1.00 x 1.00 m - Approximately 180 m of parapet covering made of coated aluminum.
