This contract involves the periodic supply of pharmaceutical products to St. Ivan Rilski Hospital based on prior requests, according to the specifications included in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 24 months from the signing date, with deliveries made periodically based on the hospital's needs. Delivery times should be proposed by the supplier, not exceeding 24 hours from the receipt of a written request from the hospital. The procedure includes 25 distinct lots. Bids can be submitted for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Participants must submit only one bid according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation. Participants must declare that they possess a valid authorization for the use of the pharmaceutical product, issued in accordance with the relevant regulations. If participants are in the process of renewing their authorization or if the authorization expires during the contract, they must declare that the quantities of the pharmaceutical product are available.
