Coffee Services – Hot Beverage Vending Machines

Yleisradio (Yle) currently operates nearly 70 hot beverage vending machines across its various locations. These machines are primarily used by Yle employees and guests. Full-service machines are located in the following cities: Helsinki (45 units), Tampere (7 units), Vaasa (3 units), Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lahti, Oulu, Pori, Joensuu, Turku, and Seinäjoki. Partial-service machines are available in six locations: Kajaani, Kemi, Kokkola, Kotka, Mikkeli, and Rovaniemi. The procurement focuses on hot beverage vending machines provided as a service, including maintenance, repair, and support services, as well as the necessary raw materials and supplies for beverage preparation and service. The supplier is responsible for the overall operation of the machines, including ensuring their reliability, the sufficiency of raw materials and other products and supplies, the cleanliness of the machines, maintenance, repair services, installation, and user instructions. Yle will acquire machines both as full-service and partial-service options. Further details about the procurement are described in the attachments of the request for proposals. A contract was awarded to one (1) supplier.
